Warranty Policy

Although each of our products is made with great care and attention to detail, it is not impossible that a manufacturing defect has gone unnoticed by our team.

Les Confections Lili offers you a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects affecting its products. This warranty is limited to the first purchaser, it is non-transferable in case of used sale.

Contact us for return details and procedure before shipping any product and obtaining warranty authorization.

Take care to add photos or videos of the product to help us assess the situation with you.

The warranty is limited to manufacturing defects, it therefore excludes: leaks, odors, poor maintenance and normal wear and tear of the product.

The products are not guaranteed in the event of accidental breakage: broken snap button (after washing), excessive use, breakage in the washer or dryer or any other accidental breakage. These breakages are unfortunate, but are not related to the manufacture of the product.

The warranty is null and void in the event of improper maintenance or use of a product that has altered the performance of the product. Use a compatible changing cream and cleaning products suitable for washable diapers (for example: the use of bleaches and fabric softeners are very harmful for washable diapers).
